Description of problem: Event source powered with kamelet type source doesn't show associated deployment in the resources tab

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Serverless operator and create CR for knativeServing/knativeEventing
2. Install Camel K operator
3. Create a Channel
4. create a telegram source and sink to channel

Actual results: resources tab is empty


Expected results: resources tab should show associated deployment

Verified the changes on the cluster (4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-25-193227) and works as expected
