Description Hans de Goede 2022-03-25 09:28:45 UTC
qt5-5.15.3 has landed in F36 and calibre needs to be rebuild for this:

Problem 1: package calibre-5.39.1-2.fc36.x86_64 requires libQt5Core.so.5(Qt_5.15.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package calibre-5.39.1-2.fc36.x86_64 requires qt5-qtbase(x86-64) = 5.15.2, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both qt5-qtbase-5.15.3-1.fc36.x86_64 and qt5-qtbase-5.15.2-33.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package qt5-qtbase-5.15.2-33.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package calibre-5.39.1-2.fc36.x86_64
Problem 2: problem with installed package calibre-5.39.1-2.fc36.x86_64
  - package calibre-5.39.1-2.fc36.x86_64 requires libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.15.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both qt5-qtbase-gui-5.15.3-1.fc36.x86_64 and qt5-qtbase-gui-5.15.2-33.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package qt5-qtbase-gui-5.15.2-33.fc36.x86_64

Note this may require a buildroot-override.

Never mind, a calibre rebuild was just added to:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-26f40bcde1

closing.

Comment 2 Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 2022-03-25 11:10:36 UTC
That update has an old build. calibre-5.39.1-4.fc36 should be tagged into FEDORA-2022-26f40bcde1,
but bodhi refuses saying that there's already an update for calibre-5.39.1-4.fc36.
The update for calibre-5.39.1-4.fc36 was unpushed, so it should be OK to add build to a different
update. I'll try again a bit later, maybe the state will update itself.
