Description of the problem: On the OCP 311 dashboard - `OCP 3.11/Kubernetes / Summary by Node Type - OCP 3.11`, select one of nodetype in the list, the Node list is not filtered accordingly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Grafana dashboard
2. Navigate to `OCP 3.11/Kubernetes / Summary by Node Type - OCP 3.11`
3. Select `compute` in the nodeType list
4. The node list is not filtered by nodeType

Verified by 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-04-03-10-21-01, issue is resolved.
