Description of problem:

Recent IPA versions allow the setting of SID and a
netbios-name in the CLI config command:

--enable-sid          New users and groups automatically get a SID assigned
--add-sids            Add SIDs for existing users and groups
--netbios-name=STR    NetBIOS name of the IPA domain

These parameters should be supported in ansible-freeipa.
