This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Looks like you're trying to self clone this bug in order to create an 8.4.z-stream bug, this is not the way to do that.

I see bug 1887895 has been resolved for RHEL 8.6.0 - if there's a reason to get a z-stream clone, you must set the "ZStream Target Release" field and set "zstream?" on that bug. 

There should also be a customer cause attached to it or dependent product that needs this particular bug resolved.

I am closing this bug as deferred.  Feel free to reopen and redescribe the issue.
