Configure the dedicated VM with Thread(s):2 Core(s):7 Socket(s):2 2. Run on host with topology Thread(s):2 Core(s):8 Socket(s):2 (could be reproduced on serval18.lab.eng.tlv2.redhat.com) Actual results: The VM starts without dynamic_cpu in GET VM Rest APi response and without vcpupin in virshdump xml , see attached files Expected results: must be vcpu - pcpu pinning Additional info:
