Description of problem:
The DIA STIG is missing three packages right now:

rng-tools
rsyslog-gnutls
usbguard

Please include them in 4.5 appliance.

Rebuilt usbguard due to soname bump in protobuf shipped by ceph and yoga. more details: https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-release/pull/154#issuecomment-1084707019

Check the manifest file of ovirt-engine-appliance-4.5-20220407061022.1.el8.x86_64.rpm, the three packages are exist.
So bug is fixed, move it to "VERIFIED"

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.0 release, published on April 20th 2022.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
