P2P over testpmd/XXv710 got 36.0 Mpps.

Ran P2P/dpdk-testpmd against 100 Gb ICE card. Got 68+ Mpps based Trex Trafficgen binary search --- 1K flow 0.002% loss 30 seconds trials and 60 seconds  validations.

Set the status to VERIFIED.
