Description of problem:
remove Kubevirt extensions in favour of dynamic plugin


Kubevirt plugin 4.11 will move to be a dynamic plugin,
We need to move functionality to the new dynamic plugin while leaving functionality not yet moved in the old repository.


NO QE - this bug is not testable, it's an internal implementation.

Will be removed from the 4.11 branch.

the virualization is removed on 4.11 console, move the bug to verified
