Description of problem: When there is no replication repository created and there are no existing migration plans, UI does not allow creating a new migration plan for any kind of migration. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install MTC 2. Do not create replication repository 3. Go to Migration Plans page and notice that the "Add" button is disabled Actual results: When there is no replication repository added and there are no existing migration plans, new plan cannot be created for either of the available types of migrations. Expected results: When there is no replication repository added, migration plan for Storage Conversion should be allowed. All other migration types should be disabled. Additional info:
This will force users trying to do in-place storage migration to configure an S3 bucket for no reasons. Changing to high priority.
Verified with MTC 1.7.1 (prestage) Migration with Storage Class Conversion is allowed from UI. All other migrations type are disabled. Moving this to verified status.
