This 9.56.1 version is missing from Fedora 38: $ koji latest-pkg f38-build ghostscript Build Tag Built by ---------------------------------------- -------------------- ---------------- ghostscript-9.55.0-5.fc37 f38 releng
This has been sitting in testing for a month now, and apparantly missed the branching because of that. In particular, f35 is ahead of the other branches which is a no-go. I'll push the updates and build in rawhide, assuming that is what was intended by the main admin.
... or wait to check for the test case failure (segfault with x11cmyk but not the other x11cmyk devices, nor on f35) and other possible fall-out such as bz #2123391. I'm curious about the new PDF interpreter, too. I guess that goes to show one problem of gating: it can lead to wrong pushes (f35 before f36 etc) if you don't watch closely.
