More info: 

I can modify the compliance type from CLI back-end. It can be modified successfully.  
I remember the compliance type also can be updated from UI used previous build( 0329 DS build, it's not changed back to Monaco editor).

Still be blocked to update the compliancetype using yaml editor, please check it.
