We require that table panels have a `panel.styles` attribute, but we should gracefully handle the case where the attribute is not found.

Reproduced the issue with payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-04-07-053433

test with payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-04-08-205307 and the attached dashboard cm, no such issue now.
