How reproducible:

In any pipeline run with more than one task

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a pipeline run
2. navigate to pipeline run view
3. click on any task in pipeline chart that is not the last one

Actual results:

Dev console navigates to the log of last task run

Expected results:

Dev console navigates to the log of selected task run
