This is the latest ocm-2.5 image for hive.

Did the uninstall pod crash, or did it fail? The log makes it seem like the latter.

"AADSTS900382: Confidential Client is not supported in Cross Cloud request."

Is it possible your ClusterDeployment needs to specify an appropriate Spec.Platform.Azure.CloudName[1]?

Verified on v2.4.5-FC0. Successfully deprovisioned az-gov cluster.
