Description of problem:
Update to Openshift 4.9.26 Developer - > Add -> Git import failing with blank screen [inspect shows: e.map is not a function]

4.9.26

How reproducible:
Go to console 
Developer - > Add -> Git import [After clicking it fails with blank screen]

Actual results:
Failing with errors
