gcc-libraries has
0022-Default-values-for-certain-field-descriptors-in-form.patch
(which is a backport of upstream https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=89100#c12 -- GCC10+ only) but system gcc doesn't have the patch, which can cause issues when porting code to RHEL 8.
