Description Jeremy Harris 2022-04-12 21:11:49 UTC
Description of problem:
Following a recent general "dnf update" bluetooth audio is unusable.
A connection is made, and the device (headphones) operates normally
for a few seconds, then audio output drops back to the laptop builtin
speakers. The Bluetooth connection is still up, according to the bluetooth
control window.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 bluez-5.64-1.fc35.x86_64

How reproducible:
 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on Bluetooth on laptop
2. Turn on headphones & wait for reported connection
3. Start "vlc" with a video

Actual results:
Sound via hoeadphones for a couple of seconds, then sound from laptop
speakers.

Expected results:
 Sound remains supplied via headphones
