Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
filter the list using autocomplete search -> there is no autocomplete compared to content tab

missing options to auto-complete the search, user do not know what the keywords are for the search

1. Register host with some repository sets
2. Host details -> select the host -> navigate to Repository sets tab, 

Actual results:
user don't know what to search for, there are no keywords show, autocomplete doesn't work

Expected results:
autocomplete works, similarly to host details content tab

this is not a regression

Verified with the steps from the description on Sat 6.12 snap 4, RHEL 8.6. 
In 6.12 this is no longer an issue.
