@imiller @josricha Suggest to abort the PR and close this bz for 4.10. This will cause issue in ZTP workflow upgrade when default configs for 4.9 and 4.10 are different. 
Since we already have the root cause fixed in ptp operator viz 2055371, it is no longer necessary to work around it.

Webhook validation of summary_interval matching logSyncInterval was removed and patched back to 4.9 (https://github.com/openshift/ptp-operator/pull/177) so this would no longer occur there, and so it is unnecessary for this to be patched back to 4.9 or 4.10.
