Transimission is a popular tool, but now transmission is not available in epel 9. It is expected to be used in centos stream 9, and as a user of transmission I would like to keep attention on experience of transmission.
Missing dependencies, please file bugs that block this bug. libappindicator-gtk3 libnatpmp

You can try to install transmission app from flatpack libs: https://flatpak.org/setup/Red%20Hat%20Enterprise%20Linux https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.transmissionbt.Transmission
(In reply to Gwyn Ciesla from comment #1) > Missing dependencies, please file bugs that block this bug. > libappindicator-gtk3 > libnatpmp libappindicator-gtk3 & libnatpmp has been added to EPEL9 (FEDORA-EPEL-2022-b6ebb75b45).
Now the build fails for the same reason it does on Fedora 36+, which is openssl. We'll have to wait for the next Transmission release that fixes this.
I'm another user who would like to see Transmission supported please.
