All this issues are fixed in asterisk 18.11.2. In rawhide is asterisk-18.12.1-1.fc37 actually Fedora 36 and 35 is affected still

The issue (CVE-2022-26498) is addressed in Asterisk version 18.13.0. Note: CVE-2022-26499 and CVE-2022-26651 from this ticket were already fixed in 18.11.2. Fedora 43/44 were shipping asterisk-18.12.1 which is affected by CVE-2022-26498. The fix is now available via the asterisk-18.26.4 update for f42/f43/f44.
