For GA we need to create a new osp-director-agent container image. This will replace the old osp-director-provisioner container image that has gone out with the previous Tech Preview releases.

The upstream Dockerfile for this container is here: https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/osp-director-operator/blob/master/Dockerfile.agent
