Description Robert Sandu 2022-04-26 13:47:33 UTC
Document URL: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/logging/config/cluster-logging-systemd.html#cluster-logging-systemd-scaling_cluster-logging-systemd

Section Number and Name: [0]

Describe the issue: `SystemMaxUse=8g` needs to be updated to `SystemMaxUse=8G`, to comply with journald.conf case-sensitive parameter values. As per the `man journald.conf`:

"Specify values in bytes or use K, M, G, T, P, E as units for the specified sizes"

Suggestions for improvement: update RHOCP 4.6 to 4.10 documentation to amend the the [0] reference to `SystemMaxUse=8G`

Additional information:
- The `SystemMaxUse` size unit is case-sensitive, meaning the current `SystemMaxUse=8g` would not work.
