Description of problem: Created a storage class conversion plan without adding an extra storage class. Added an extra storage class in the cluster. When I edit the existing migplan the warning is displayed on the UI. “At least one PVC must be selected for Storage Class Conversion.”

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a storage class conversion plan. Make sure there is only one storage class present in the cluster.
2. Add another storage class 
3. click on edit migplan button and go to the PersistentVolmes page.

Actual results: “At least one PVC must be selected for Storage Class Conversion.”  warning is displayed on persistentVolumes page.


Expected results: UI should allow editing existing storage class conversion plans.
