I have found our version in 2.85 is failing the test for this bug. After one resolver returns SERVFAIL, the other one should be tried. If at least one of them can deliver successful reply, the result should not be SERVFAIL.

Marking as a regression, because it works in RHEL8. But does not in RHEL9.
