Description of problem:
Please build latest thc-ipv6 for EPEL 7, 8 and 9. See also bug #1902857 regarding the latest version.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
thc-ipv6-3.8-1.fc37

Actual results:
No thc-ipv6 in EPEL 8 and 9 at all, ancient thc-ipv6 version in EPEL 7.

Expected results:
thc-ipv6-3.8-1.el7/.el8/.el9 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 7, 8 and 9 branches (FAS: robert).
