Backport https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/2359 which fixes GNOME Shell crash on radeon driver ( https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2210 ).
Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 36-final by Fedora user frantisekz using the blocker tracking app because: GNOME Shell 42 reportedly crashes on startup on radeon driver. This can't be applied post-release, the fix was merged upstream and seems safe (tm).
Discussed during the 2022-05-02 blocker review meeting: [0] The decision to classify this bug as an "AcceptedFreezeException (Final)" was made as it will prevent Workstation booting correctly on legacy Radeon adapters and thus is definitely worth an FE. We note Ubuntu's experience that it has been reported multiple times for their new release.
