Description of problem:
/usr/bin/apm setuid doesn't enable the power control tab in battery management

How reproducible:
very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo -u root chmod +s /usr/bin/apm
2. Start Control Centre
3. Choose Power Control/Battery management
2. Note that the instruction to setuid /usr/bin/apm to enable this page are

it's fixed in kdeutils-3.5.4-4.fc6. It should be available in rawhide 
tomorrow. Thanks for your report.
