Description of problem:

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a VM, with a disk.

2. Virtual Machines -> VM -> Disks -> New
   I was playing with incremental, but this seems to reproduce with any combination.
     Allocation Policy: PREALLOCATED
     [x] Enable Incremental Backup
     Size: 100G
     Also reproduced without incremental.

3. Click OK, wait for completion

4. Compute -> Virtual Machines -> VM -> Clone -> Resource Allocation -> Disk Allocation

Notice the fields are not aligned, and there is a box on the right with no corresponding caption, and no options to select.

It seems that the last droplist refers to the Quota.

Verified.

The disk allocation fields in the clone VM window are aligned as they should and disk profile options are visible.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.2 release, published on August 10th 2022.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
