1. This is part of issue carried from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1964394
2. Earlier it is fixed for the postgresql.service but foreman.sockets are still showing the warning message 
3.

Actual results:
foreman.sockets showing warning messages after the foreman-maintain restart 

Expected results:
foreman.sockets should not show the warning messages after the foreman-maintain restart
