upgrade 4.10 console to 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-09-161023, which does not has the fix, the issue is reproduced.
then upgrade console to 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-09-224745, which includes the fix, the issue is gone.

Move the bug to verified.
