Description of problem:
 - While exporting the entire service specification as yaml format using the command "ceph orch ls --export" or "ceph orch ls --format yaml" getting the below error:

Actual results:
"ceph orch ls --format yaml" is not providing the yaml output.

Expected results:
"ceph orch ls --format yaml or ceph orch ls --export" should give the entire service specification in yaml format.
