PLease build smem for EPEL9
I'd be happy to do this but for tech-debt-baggage reasons I can't actually do the required scm request. If someone can make the branch I can do a build and see if it works. Will, would you be interested in being a co-maintainer?

I have collaborator on this repo, so I've pushed the branch and submitted a build. Matthew, would you be open to adding the EPEL Packagers SIG as a collaborator for the EPEL branches to help with these requests down the road? If so, please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/<package>/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches. Thanks!
