[ $MOZ_DISABLE_WAYLAND ]; then In the spec file, this looks like it may be the issue. line 669 in the spec file %{__sed} -e 's/__DEFAULT_WAYLAND__/%{wayland_default}/' \ sed -e 's/__DEFAULT_WAYLAND__/\[ \$WAYLAND_DISPLAY \]/' works on the command line.
