Description of problem:
metalsmith deployment works fine but generates an unbootable overcloud node as for some reasons, it has "root=UUID=${UUID}" where initramfs cannot find UUID=${UUID} but if I replace UUID=${UUID} by UUID=/dev/vda2, it boots just fine.
