Description of problem:
NsCDE from Fedora 35 repo does not work, but rpm downloaded from github works. You need to rebuild the repo.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.41
(in github: 2.11)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.sudo dnf install NsCDE
2.reboot and select NSCDE in DM
3.cannot login
4.remove NsCDE
5.download NsCDE package for f35 from github and install
