Description of problem:

Synergy GUI window is blacked out on RHEL 8.6 kernel-4.18.0-372.9.1.el8.x86_64

The synergy application performs its KVM tasks properly. However, no settings can be seen or changed because the application window is blacked out.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

synergy-1.14.3.5-1.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:

The synergy GUI window is blacked out when I boot with RHEL 8.6 kernel-4.18.0-372.9.1.el8.x86_64 every time I launch the application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot RHEL 8.6 kernel-4.18.0-372.9.1.el8.x86_64
2. Launch synergy application.
3. Wait for the black GUI window to appear.

Actual results:

Black GUI window appears.

Expected results:

Normal GUI window appears.

Additional info:

The synergy-1.14.3.5-1.el8.x86_64 application GUI is presented normally with the previous RHEL 8.6 kernel-4.18.0-348.23.1.el8_5.x86_64

Please be advised the first reference to RHEL 8.5 in the description is incorrect. It should read RHEL 8.6. Apologies...

I corrected the above error in the description after discovering the edit button. Sorry for the trouble. This is my first bugzilla bug report in the history of the universe.
