Description of problem:
GQRX cannot start, because the given error

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.15.9


How reproducible: Start gqrx


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gqrx
2. Start gqrx via terminal

Actual results:
gqrx: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgnuradio-runtime.so.3.10.1: undefined symbol: _ZN6spdlog5sinks15basic_file_sinkINS_7details10null_mutexEEC1ERKNSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEEb

Expected results:
GQRX should start up

Same issue as bz#2084111.
