Description of problem:
Package ansible-collections-openstack-1.7.2-2.20220413065512.411c2dd.el8ost contains code from upstream master branch [1] which highly differs [2] from release 1.7.2 [3]. In RDO this has been fixed with 1.8.0 releases.

This issue might break customer code because upstream master branch of ansible-collections-openstack is in transition to the upcoming OpenStack SDK 1.x.x release and breaks compatibility with OpenStack SDK 0.x.x releases from OpenStack Zed and earlier.

According to our records, this should be resolved by ansible-collections-openstack-1.6.0-2.20220113174955.f3b12fe.el8ost.  This build is available now.

verified bad builds have been untagged and next release should pick up correct build.
