Overview - Getting started resources card

Description of problem:
Virtualization Overview 
The first card on Overview page has two sections. 
The titles of the two sections seems missing. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to virtualization overview page
2.Look at the first getting started card
3.

Actual results:
Titles views regular fonts.

Expected results:
Title should look like titles in the getting started card in the cluster overview page.
