Edit labels - Dark mode

Description of problem:
The contrast of the dark mode is not good when we choose to edit labels in the VM and in VMI Details tab.
Also, edit labels in the list of Services in the Details tab of VM and VMI does not appear clear.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to VirtualMachineInstances, choose one VMI.
2.Go to Details tab
3.Look the Labels and the edit labels.

I Fixed the labels modal to be like the console's labels modal.
The services label modal is using the console one, so it cannot be fixed by us.

The issue is fixed upstream, please use the latest console nightly
