Description of problem:

When you stop a machine and add a disk, the disk does not appear in the disk list, only when you start the machine back on.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM and stop it.
2. Add disk in disk tab of vm.
3. see results - no new disk appears.

Expected results:
See new disk
