Comment 3 Todd Zullinger 2022-09-24 19:32:09 UTC
I filed a PR to update to 2.3.0:

    https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rpmlint/pull-request/27

Commits in the PR:

    6f25f25 update to 2.3.0 (rhbz#2088759) (Todd Zullinger, 2022-09-12)
1ff5fda convert license to SPDX and correct to GPL-2.0-or-later (Todd Zullinger, 2022-09-12)
9222de2 enable tests by default (Todd Zullinger, 2022-09-17)

Any comments or objections to merging that from other rpmlint maintainers?

I updated https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rpmlint/pull-request/27 to 2.4.0. It also switches to the automatic python build-dependencies via %pyproject_buildrequires.

Any feedback would be welcome. If not, I'll plan to merge it toward the end of the week.

With 3 bugs filed for different issues today, rpmlint-2.4.0 isn't looking too good. :(
