Last known to work nightly is Apr 29, soon after the breaking change was introduced.

Tested this manually:
* Seems to affect all platforms - AWS/GCP/vSphere
* OpenshiftSDN works (OKD defaults to OVN)

Nightlies are green again after https://github.com/openshift/ovn-kubernetes/pull/1118, so its indeed a dupe
