Description of problem: Clicking card title for Snapshots, Network, Disks should lead to the corresponding VM tab

Actual results: Card title is plain text

Expected results: Card title is linked to proper tab

This behavior should also be implemented in the Details card, so clicking the Details card title will lead to the VM details page. cc:@gouyang, @hstastna, @yzamir
