Thanks for proposing this task. Unfortunately the SSSD team isn't interested in including and maintaining such a tool in Fedora. However, there are other options to get this package in Fedora. You could add it yourself, for that I recommend you to read the Packaging Review Process (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Review_Process/). You could also ask in the fedora development list (devel.org) if somebody is interested in including the package and maintaining it. I'm closing this bugzilla.
