Dark theme pies

Description of problem: When dark theme is used, big numbers on Utilization pie charts are barely seen.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set UI theme to Dark in user settings
2. Open Virtualization Overview page

Actual results: Pie chart figures are dark grey on black


Expected results: Pie chart figures should be of light color
