Timespan dropdown

Description of problem: When selecting a timespan for VM utilization display. "5 minutes" option is missing.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open single VM Overview page
2. Open dropdown menu at the top of Utilization card

Actual results: 1, 6, 12 hours options


Expected results: 5 min, 1, 6, 12 hours options
