OCRmyPDF tightly bounds the maximum version of pdfminer and has to be updated for every single pdfminer release. I need to wait for OCRmyPDF upstream, or send a PR to patch it downstream.

See https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ocrmypdf/pull-request/1. I’m about to create the update for F36, but ocrmypdf and then python-pdfminer will need to be rebuilt in Rawhide after bug 2090764 is fixed.
